Hi, Geoffrey Ryan here and I would like to share a little bit about myself and how I am going to help you.
I began working out at the age of sixteen. The weight set was kept in my brothers room where I kept training thru the summer before my junior year in high school. It wasn't until I was 20 when I decided that this was going to be a life long commitment. One of my favorite loves is hiking, especially in Aspen, Colorado. I grew up in a small town in Maine. I've had various rare achievements in my life. Three that stand out the most - 1) Attended the FireFighters academy in Massachusetts and hired by the N. Dartmouth Fire Department, 2) I worked as a stuntman that specalized in fight scenes,and 3) American Ninja Warrior season 6 and going back in 2015 for season seven. As a personal train I am just as committed to your goals as I have been and am about my own. Now lets started.
PERSONAL TRAINING
As your personal trainer one of my goals is to guide you through your workouts and teach you safe ways to train. This is for your education plus, when I am not with you at the gym you will have the knowledge to manage on your own. As your personal trainer I have made it my point to give you full access to me 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Tip: Be honest with yourself and set realistic goals. Remeber that the gym is only part of the healthy life style that will earn you your beach body. Nutrition and rest are key to training. Keep in mind that training is mostly achieved through your mental state. Keep positive and always keep up the intensity level. On the days you do not feel like training, will be your best workouts so,

I lovbe getting into this part of the training. This takes dedication on both our parts. Your eating habits must be disciplined on the same level as your training and we will begin to see the fit you that's in you.
Tip: Keep in mind that fat cells are stored energy that is waiting to be used. We will jump start your metabolism with the proper breakfast and daily fuel (meals) through out the day. Time to eliminate flour products and starchy foods. Eggs and oatmeal are an ideal breakfast to begin with.

CARDIO, STRENGTH & ENDURANCE TRAINING
Nobody can make it through a workout without being able to breath properly so, my goal is to extend your staminan to its peak performance. The benifits to cardio training are extensive. There are several ways to train cardio. The most common form of cardiovascular training is, jogging / running or the eliptical.
Tip: Low impact cardio training is the bset training to save joints. Train cardio at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes each session as a beginner until you adjust, is a good way to begin.
